Established in 2011

 The SCM Forum was established to foster strong relationships with partner companies through student engagements, research participation, practicum projects, and semi-annual conferences.

Our ​Mission 

Foster personal and professional growth through practicum projects, scholarships, case competitions, CSCA certification exams, student-run club activities, a SCM-specific career fair, internships, and Women Impacting Supply Chain events (WISE). The Forum supports research and semesterly thought leadership meetings which promotes stronger success for partners and faculty ultimately fueling exemplary student experiences.  ​​

We're Here for You and Your Challenges

Resources include access to current and relevant faculty research, other partners that have faced or are currently facing similar issues, top supply chain students, and external topic experts as needed. As a partner, companies and their representatives may receive the following:​
  • Participation of a top supply chain manager on the Forum Board of Advisors which sets the annual strategy for the forum and its operations.
  • Access to white papers, best practice studies and other documents that result from forum meetings, as well as early access to published faculty research.
  • Ability to influence the development and refinement of the content of CSU supply chain courses.
  • Opportunity to dialogue and develop relationships with peers in other supply chain organizations.
  • Ability to help design the program of information presented at the forum meetings. 
  • Seats at each forum meeting (one meeting in the fall and one in the spring), which will present research or workshops on current trends, best practices and other topics and allow for networking with other stakeholders. Partners may choose to invite a supplier and/or customer representative to accompany them at a forum meeting.
